FlightPrep ACT Privacy Policy

FlightPrep ACT is an offline-first ACT practice app published by Cuentame.io. This privacy policy explains how the app handles information.

Information We Collect

FlightPrep ACT does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, payment card details, billing address, payment credentials, or Google account identity.

If you turn on Question Quality sharing, the app sends limited anonymous practice metadata and purchase-funnel diagnostics to Cuentame.io so we can evaluate question difficulty, answer-choice quality, timing, adaptive sequencing, onboarding, and purchase-flow reliability. This metadata can include a random app install ID, question ID, question bank version, exam section, subsection, difficulty level, selected answer index, whether the answer was correct, time spent, sequence position, local ability estimate, paywall events, selected product ID, product type, purchase-flow status, and local entitlement state.

The app does not send question text, explanations, essays, notes, names, email addresses, advertising IDs, payment card details, billing addresses, payment credentials, or Google account identity.

Local Practice Data

The app stores your practice answers, progress, settings, review queue, bookmarks, purchase entitlements, and score-estimate context locally on your device. If Question Quality sharing is off, practice metadata and purchase-funnel diagnostics are not transmitted by FlightPrep ACT.

Purchases

FlightPrep ACT is a free download with optional Google Play in-app purchases, including a 7-day Study Pass and a lifetime unlock. Google Play processes purchases. FlightPrep ACT receives purchase status, product ID, purchase timestamp, and local entitlement state, but does not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, payment credentials, or Google account identity.

Ads, Analytics, And Tracking

FlightPrep ACT does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party account systems. The app does not use the Android Advertising ID. Optional Question Quality sharing uses Cuentame.io's first-party event endpoint and is off until you turn it on.

Data Sharing

FlightPrep ACT does not sell user data or share user data with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties. Optional Question Quality metadata and purchase-funnel diagnostics are sent only to Cuentame.io for app quality and conversion-flow analysis.

Data Retention And Deletion

Core practice data is stored locally on your device. You can delete local data by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app. Turning off Question Quality sharing stops future uploads and clears queued local telemetry events.

Children

FlightPrep ACT is intended for students preparing for admissions testing. It does not knowingly collect names, contact information, precise location, or other directly identifying information from children.

Changes

If FlightPrep ACT's privacy practices change, this policy will be updated before those changes are released.
