FlightPrep Data Deletion

Effective date: July 10, 2026

FlightPrep GMAT, FlightPrep GRE, FlightPrep LSAT, FlightPrep SAT, and FlightPrep ACT do not require app accounts. There is no FlightPrep username, password, phone number, or email sign-in account to delete.

Request Deletion

To request deletion of optional FlightPrep telemetry that may have been uploaded after you turned on Question Quality sharing, email hola@cuentame.io with the subject FlightPrep data deletion request.

Include the app name, approximate dates used, and any app install ID or device identifier shown in the app if available. Cuentame.io will review the request and delete optional FlightPrep telemetry that can reasonably be matched to it.

Local Data

Practice answers, progress, settings, review queues, bookmarks, purchase entitlements, and score-estimate context are stored locally on your device. You can delete this local data at any time by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.

Optional Uploaded Telemetry

Question Quality sharing is optional and off until you turn it on. If enabled, the app may upload limited anonymous practice metadata and purchase-funnel diagnostics to Cuentame.io so we can improve question quality and purchase-flow reliability. This data does not include question text, explanations, essays, notes, names, email addresses, advertising IDs, payment card details, billing addresses, payment credentials, or Google account identity.

Limits

Because FlightPrep does not use app accounts and does not collect direct identifiers, Cuentame.io may be unable to match anonymous records if the request does not include enough information. Aggregated, de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably identify a device or person may be retained.

Google Play Purchases

Google Play processes FlightPrep in-app purchases. FlightPrep does not receive or store payment card details, billing addresses, payment credentials, or Google account identity. Purchase history held by Google is controlled through Google Play and the user's Google account.
